What increases the chance of a bonus the most? We mostly look for individuals with the following profile:

• Location in Prague
• Technologies / positions – almost all ;-)

Campaign conditions

• send us the full name and contact details (e-mail and/or GSM telephone) of the person you wish to recommend to addresses info@ITtalents.cz
• the recommended person successfully passes a selection procedure for one of our open positions meaning that a full time labour relation for indefinite period is concluded for one of the indicated opened positions within twelve months from the date on which they were recommended; the recommended person remains in the given position for the whole probation period (three months)
• an entitlement to a bonus arises on the day following the day of termination of the three month probation period
• the bonus will be given only into one’s own hands based on a submission of a valid ID card, passport or officially certified power of attorney on the address Drtinova 10, Prague 5, Hub Prague
• the recommended person may not be currently in the process of a selection procedure for opened positions and must be acknowledged by the clients as a “candidate” presented by the company
• we reserve the right to shorten, postpone, suspend or cancel the campaign or change or complement its rules
