1. Agreement with administration, processing and storing of personal data

Administration, processing and storing of your peronal data is according to the Czech law (101/2000 Sb., Data Privacy Act and 435/2004 Sb., Employment Act).

By sending us your CV you hereby give Recruiting Talents, s.r.o. the right to use all information provided by you for the sole purpose of mediating the required position. You are fully aware that all information provided by you is administered, processed and stored by s.r.o. for their records.

This consent is only being granted for the internal use of Recruiting Talents, s.r.o. transmission of the above-mentioned data to any third party in the Czech Republic or abroad is possible only with your prior consent to such a transaction.

To above-mentioned consent is being granted for a 10 year period of time. The duration of the validity of this consent can be changed by a written agreement between foth sides and can be cancelled by written notification on your part or by sending us e-mail at hynek@mytalents.cz or tomas@mytalents.cz

You confirm, that your personal data mentioned in your curriculum vitae are true and exact.
