Description

- You will work as part of a dedicated team focused on the Company and Google partnership various initiatives.
- Working closely with Engineers, SMEs and Business to deliver the next set of capabilities.
- You will work with Google tools and technologies, including Google Cloud directly.

- Developing cutting-edge technologies is an essential part of our new partnership with Google Cloud.
- The partnership will accelerate the development of Companie’s digital securities services platform, D7.
- The platform represents a new paradigm for handling the end-to-end processing of digital securities linked to existing legacy environments while also providing for interoperability with new environments based on distributed-ledger technology.
- The enhanced D7 will enable us to deliver new applications, products and digital securities services to its customers and the wider financial industry as we are jointly driving forward its digital transformation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Communicate with functional and business analysts to understand and shape the requirements
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Document, build and deploy the application into different stages of test and provide support to testers
  • Provide second and third level of support to the business users in production
  • Coordinate with the internal and external IT teams
  • Stay open-minded and understand the broad context impacting the application development and maintenance lifecycle

 

Requirements

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Java software application development
  • Previous experience in the financial sector
  • Support of IT systems in a productive use
  • Practical knowledge in the area of people management, product ownership, capacity planning or similar
  • Excellent communication skills – Team player - You explain the IT topics in a manner understandable to people without an IT background. You do not hesitate to ask questions, express your doubts or kindly challenge ideas during discussions. You have no problem to admit and accept mistakes.
  • High degree of self-dependence – You are self-motivated, looking for opportunities to improve things or your own skills constantly. You take responsibility and are motivated to deliver.
  • Ability to work in a cross-location and multi-national team
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

Would be an advantage:

  • Experience with large scale international projects
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of web frontend technologies (HTML5, Javascript, CSS)
